eD LAMB, B-24 Liberator tail gunner, 484TH BOMB GROUP

Ed Lamb was a tail gunner in Consolidated B-24 Liberators in the 484th Bomb Group (Heavy), 15th Air Force.  I was fortunate to be around him on several occasions to hear his stories.   When I acquired a tail turret nearly identical to the one he was in during WWII combat, he agreed to come out with his family and do a video interview next to the turret.   He brought his son Keith, on the far left, and many other family members.  It was a great experience.
